The WTA Singapore Finals are played annually at the end of the tennis season for the top ranked players on the Women’s Tennis Association tour.
ingredient™ created a brand identity concept for the WTA Singapore Finals based on the idea of being 'On top of the World' - the feeling of euphoria that a champion experiences when reaching the top of their sport.
The brand package included on & off-screen applications for the tournament, as well as a secondary 'Road to the Singapore' brand that was designed as a bridge between the WTA branding used during the WTA tour competitions and the finals.
The event and stadium branding was further complemented by a WTA 'walk on' film, played before commencement of every match. The sequence takes the viewer on a journey through the WTA tour year, passing through cities featured during the years events - arriving at Singapore, where a countdown featuring the top seeded players brings us to a crescendo.
